My new GT-31 failed my session today :( it is the reason I replaced my old gps and now the new one is playing up!

There is nothing on the card, also I tried plugging it onto our laptop to check the internal memory but it dosen't recognise the unit :( 

Any ideas anyone ???

Copy all data from the SD card en format the card in your GPS.

If the format also fails, get a different card and try again.

When the format is fine : you'r good to go :)

p.s also check if the latest FW is on your device
